What if I do not have a space for a provider to come to me?
We are very grateful to be partners of Soderworld in Willowbrook, IL. If you do not have space for us to work, we can meet at Soderworld, where a couples' room is also available. Rates and times may differ, so please contact us first to inquire.
What are your aromatherapy options?
Our special blends are made by Luxxe Honor in La Grange, IL. The three blends that we offer are:
- Breathe (Pine + Eucalyptus)
- Ground (Geranium + Vetiver)
- Sleep (Lavender + Mandarin + Vetiver)
What if I'm a man and want a massage?
Please contact us, and we will see if a therapist is available! As mentioned on the “About” page, we mainly focus on helping women GLOW!
How do I book an appointment?
Currently, the best way is to text (630) 250-4566. You may also call that number or email contact@glowwiththeflowwellness.com.
What does the client need to do for the appointment?
After booking your appointment, absolutely nothing except decide on a space for us to work. We bring the massage table and all the necessary equipment!
Do you take same-day appointments?
Yes, as long as we have time, we do, but we cannot guarantee it 100%.
How do I pay for a service?
We have multiple payment options: Square, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Gift Certificates. Therapists will have QR codes on their phone that goes straight to Venmo and the Zelle account, and they will also have a card reader if you want to use your debit or credit card. For Zelle payments, type in Glow With The Flow as the name and email address is pay@glowwiththeflowwellness.com. Contact us to prepay for your appointment online using a debit/credit card. Please note that a 3% fee is added when paying via debit/credit card.
Do gift certificates expire?
Yes, they have a one-year expiration date.
What products do you guys use?
Aromatherapy as listed above (optional). Non-scented herbal massage oil by Soothing Touch. It is nut-free and has the perfect glide! For feet, we use a thicker product by Biotone. It is a non-scented multi-purpose massage cream. For our foot scrub, we use Soothing Touch’s Peppermint and Rosemary scrub. Our massage therapist, Kierstin, only uses coconut oil or Jojoba oil outside of aromatherapy and our luxurious foot scrub treatment.
Can I bring my own product to use for the massage?
Yes! You may use whatever you like for your massages. We've had clients bring their own aromatherapy and have had clients have us use their olive oil for their massage.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes! If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you do not have to pay the first time, so you get one free pass. After that, when you book your next massage, we will need to put a card on file or prepay for the service beforehand, just in case it happens again. In the case it does happen again, you would have to pay for the service whether you do the service or miss it without at least a 24-hour notice instead.
